The Hope A. Hilton collection contains family photographs, images from research done on family members, photos of friends, and photographs of Palestinian refugee camps during the late 1960s. Folder one and two contain images of Annalee Hope Avarell Hilton and her immediate family. Folder three consists of images of Hope Hilton's ancestors. Folders four through nine contain images of Hope Hilton's mother, Annalee Kohlhepp German Avarell Skarin, her husbands, places of residence and headstone.

Hope Hilton also did much research on her ancestor, Bill Hickman. Folders ten through fourteen consist of images collected while studying Bill Hickman, including: photos of his gun, places of residence, and place of Hickman's death and burial. The remaining five folders of the Hope Hilton collection contain images of other family members, friends, and photos of Palestinian refugee camps during the late 1960s. Box 2 looks to have been a scrapbook of sorts, but was dismantled before receipt. These images are of Lynn and Hope Hilton from the 1940s through 1990, many of these inlcude images of them Saudi Arabia.
