Historical Note
UNTAC was a United Nations mission to Cambodia from 1992 to 1993, with the goal of organizing elections and creating a political atmosphere in which free and fair elections would take place.

Handwritten reports generated by a team of media monitors who worked for the Information/Education Division of the United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia (UNTAC); 1992-1993. The reports summarized the content of relevant articles and broadcast programming during the period. Nearly all are in Khmer, though a few are in English.
