Content Description

Correspondence, newspaper clippings, scrapbooks and publications maintained as a portion of the company library. The material spans the years 1888-1964. Most of the correspondence is from 1893-1914 and most of the publications from 1930-1960. A large portion of this material relates to the public vs. private utility ownership controversy.
