Historical Note
The materials in this collection were gathered by Gregory Hinze for his research for his master’s thesis at Central Washington University. After earning his degrees Mr. Hinze went on to teach history at Heritage University and Yakimna Valley Community College.
Content Description
This collection included cassette tapes and other research materials used by Gregory to write Take hold : the Arkansas migration to North Central Washington, 1935-1960. The interviews were conducted primarily in 2007 and 2008.
