Contains correspondence, memoranda, meeting minutes, and reports on environmental material as it relates to the construction of several buildings for WSU. Notable projects include the construction of the instructional greenhouse and the renewal of several facilities such as Fulmer Hall in 1985. All files range from 1982-1988.
