Content Description
Havenor spent his life in the field of mining and geology. He graduated from the University of Utah in Mining Engineering and was subsequently employed by various mining companies. Included in his collection are photographs of mining, the University of Utah, western scenery in the 1920s and 1930s, and Spanish-American War troops. Havenor also has a fine collection of turn-of-the-century portraits of men and women acquired for the Utah Pioneer Costume and Manners Research Project in 1947.
