Historical Note
Zilla Linford Richards (1908-2001) was born in Logan, Utah. She is the niece of Utah's 7th governor, Henry H. Blood and the wife of physicist Lorenzo A. Richards. She received her Bachelor of Science in home economics from Utah State Agricultural College in 1929.
Content Description
The Zilla Linford Richards papers (1914-2000) contain correspondence, diaries, day planners, financial records, drawings, and newspapers. Both personal and business finances are included, although most financial documents are in relationship to Lark Instruments, the business belonging to Lorenzo A. Richards (Zilla's husband).
