Historical Note
Charles Sumner Mellen was an airline employee and collector of airline memorabilia during the twentieth century. He worked for United Airlines in Cheyenne during the 1930s and 1940s.
Content Description
Collection contains domestic and international airline schedules dating from 1949 to 1955. These schedules are from a number of domestic and international carriers, including Capital Airlines, Eastern Airlines, British West Indian Airlines, Pacific Northern Airlines, Ozark Airlines, KLM, South American Airways, and Wisconsin Central Airlines.
