Historical Note
Otis L. McIntyre was a civil engineer. He taught for many years at the Lick Wilmerding School in San Francisco, California.

Collection contains photo albums on with photos from the Rio Grande Reclamation Project, Roosevelt Dam, and the city of Roosevelt, Arizona; pamphlets on the Boulder and Grand Coulee dams and other irrigation projects; biographical information; and photographs of scenes in the American Southwest, Mexico, and Peru.
