Administrative Information

Arrangement

Due to the diverse formats and odd sizes and shapes, organization of the materials is solely so as to allow them to fit within their box. In general, multiple iterations of the same (or similar) items are placed next to each other.

Acquisition Information

This collection was created from a number of small accessions, some numbered but many unprocessed. These include MS1993-46, MS2002-15, and an item from UPC-7.

Processing Note

As part of a multi-year media project, MASC organized and processed a large number of loose media items, small media collections, and even large overlapping media collections. The materials were initially identified and described by Scott Stratton in 2010; Susan Vetter completed that from 2011-2012. The items in this collection were parsed from those, due to their common subject matters and their lack of a direct tie to WSU (in most cases), and processed in June 2013 by University Archivist Mark O’English.
