Content Description

The interview covers Wolf's life, including his birth and early years in Jedlicze, Poland, life under the Nazi regime, liberation from a concentration camp after 65 months of imprisonment, and his rehabilitation, training and eventual emigration to the United States and Seattle. Omitted from the interview is any discussion of Wolf's experiences in the concentration camp because he has recorded these for the Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. Major subjects discussed during the interview are the Warsaw ghetto, Organization for Rehabilitation and Training (ORT), Jewish Family Service in Seattle, Bikur Cholim-Machzikay Hadath and the BC-MH Men's Club, the Seattle Hebrew Academy, Sears Department Store, his three children, and the Jewish National Fund.

Also includes mailers, notes, membership lists, treasurer reports, speeches, and correspondence of the Bikur Cholim Men's Club (1965-1971); Jewish Community Center of Greater Seattle newsletter and correspondence (1970).
