Biographical Note
Born in 1942, Russell Centanni worked as a professor of biology at Boise State University from 1973 to 2004. He earned his bachelors and masters degree at John Carroll University and his Ph.D. in microbiology from the University of Montana.

The bulk of the collection deals with Centanni's work with HIV/AIDS education but also includes correspondence with the Boise State biology faculty.
