Utah Parents for Gifted and Talented Children (presently the Utah Association for Gifted Children) advocate for the gifted children of Utah and aim to advance the understanding of gifted children in their education and lives. The Association promotes the development of educational opportunities as well as the educational capacity for teachers and parents of gifted children.
