Biographical NoteReturn to Top

Charles Dahler went to Colorado during the 1859 gold rush and later worked for Ben Holladay Overland Stage Line where he went to Montana Territory in 1868. After Holladay sold out to Wells Fargo, Dahler joined with a Salt Lake Banker, Warren Hussey, to form Hussey, Dahler & Company. They opened banks in Montana and Colorado.
