Historical Note
The Board of Regents historically served as the governing body of the University of Utah. In 1969 the name was changed to the Institutional Council when the State Board of Higher Education adopted the name of the State Board of Regents. In 1991 the Institutional Council became the current Board of Trustees.
Content Description
This collection consists of 23 microfilm copies of the Board of Trustees meeting minutes dating from May 1991 to February 2012. The microfilm version is the official copy of Board of Trustees minutes, as well as for minutes of preceeding bodies. This microfilm was made in the President's Office at the end of each fiscal year.
