Historical Note
Oliver Wallace joined Disney film studios in 1936 and began composing music for animated short films. He later scored full-length films, including “Dumbo”, for which he won an Oscar in 1942. Wallace also provided scores for Disney’s documentaries and nature films.
Content Description
The collection contains bound conductor scores for many of Oliver Wallace’s compositions for Walt Disney Productions. Also included are audio recordings of some compositions.
