Acquisition Information

Gift of Timothy A. Brown, Head Librarian of Albertsons Library, in May of 2005.

Processing Note

A copy of the diary was sent to the Consulate-General of Japan, whose office conducted an investigation of the diary in 2005. This investigation was not able to determine the author of the diary and did not include the name of the ship.
