"The Associated Taxpayers of Idaho is a non-profit, non-political, statewide organization working for sound, efficient, and responsible government.
In 1946, several individual and groups from around Idaho organized the Associated Taxpayers to provide a source of independent, factual information on taxes and public expenditures in Idaho.

The Associated Taxpayers of Idaho Collection contains published documents formerly housed in the library's Idaho Documents Collection. Documents contain statistics and other data about taxes in Ada County, Idaho, and comparison with other states. The bulk of the publications are from the 1970s and 1980s.
