Historical Note

The Extended Academic Program (EAP) coordinates programs at the Vancouver, Tri-Cities, and Spokane campuses. The program saw to an extension of the already-offered programs at Washington State University. The EAP saw to the inclusion of Summer Session, a shorter schedule that allows students to take classes during the summer. It also extended the univeristy services to the Washington State Penitentiary, where at least 200 inmates in Walla Walla, Washington would graduate with various degrees.
