Historical Note
Hubert Orlandis Sheidley was a resident of Kansas City, Missouri. His family operated the Sheidley Cattle Company first formed by brothers, William and George Sheidley in Kansas City.
Content Description
Collection contains cattle brands published by the Wyoming Stock Growers Association, 8 drafts on the Sheidley Cattle Company, a sale list of cattle, a letterhead of Clay Robinson and Company, 43 letters dated between 1867 and 1880, an agreement between Woodward and Speid and B. A. Sheidley and Bros., an invoice, 2 lists of accounts, and a framed sketch of the Sheidley Cattle Company ranch.
