Administrative Information

Arrangement

This is an unprocessed collection. Any arrangement reflects either a pre-existing order from the records' creators or previous custodians, or preliminary sorting performed by staff.

Each box contains an accession list. Box 1 contains meeting minutes and reports on campus affairs from the Board of Regents and are organized by date. Box 2 contains climate reports, files on awards given by the office, and photos from fundraising events. Box 3 contains administrative files related to registration and campus events.

Acquisition Information

This material was transferred to WSU Libraries' MASC by Noele Cooper on September 17, 2012 and retained as UA2012-07.

Processing Note

(MASC STAFF USE) Two folders on sexual harassment incidents were returned on 2012-09-17. Otherwise, a reduction from 5 boxes to 3 linear feet was solely in compressing the materials. Consider combining with UA2007-08.
