Historical NoteReturn to Top

Margie McDonald was head coach of the University of Wyoming women's basketball team from 1974-1982, where she was named 1979 Conference Coach of the Year. McDonald resigned from her coaching position at Wyoming to become the first Executive Director of the High Country Athletic Conference. She also served as the Deputy Commissioner of the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) and the coordinator of Women's Basketball Officials for the Mountain West Conference.
