Content Description
The Deseret Livestock Company was established in 1891 by a group of Utah sheep ranchers and existed until the early 1970s. Its purpose was to promote stock raising, slaughtering, butchering, and mercantile business in Utah. The collection contains photographs of such livestock as horses, sheep, and cattle, as well as the Neponset Dam and canal construction. Also farming, it's environs and employees and activities.
