Frank Walters was council for Gordon Hirabayashi in U.S. v. Hirabayashi and subsequent appeals.
Content Description
Annotated legal documents with notes of the Supreme Court case of Gordon Hirabayashi vs. United States of America (1942-1943), a letter (1969), and a tape-recorded interview conducted by Karyl Winn on Oct. 21, 1970.
A summary and partial transcript was prepared by David Danelski of Cornell University in 1977.
