Historical Note
Gayle Lewis was an engineer during the mid-20th century. He was hired as a construction engineer for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation to assist in building the Boysen Dam on the Wind River in Fremont County, Wyoming from 1946-1952.
Content Description
Collection contains 35mm color photo slides taken by Lewis of the Boysen Dam construction from 1949-1952 and a DVD slide show made from the original slides.
