Biographical Note

The World Affairs Council of Seattle is a non-profit, non-partisan international affairs organization. They were founded in 1951 and is 1 of 4 World Affairs Councils. The organization is a member of the World Affairs Councils of America. The council provides opportunities to the Greater Seattle area by advancing a deep understanding of international events and cultures. They work to create programs and opportunities for local people to interact directly with leaders, educators, and professionals around the world.
