Biographical Note
Attorney, Seattle and U.S. Army. Judge Advocate Corp. He served in the Judge Advocate Section's War Crimes Division in Japan, 1946-49. He was active in the Free Methodist Church and a benefactor of Seattle Pacific University. In the immedicate post-World War II years, Hill arranged for shipments of clothing from Western Washington to Japan.
