- The Floyd O'Neil photograph collection consists largely of the American Indian Movement, a 1970s armed standoff in the Dakotas. 1996 addendum of one folder contains images from the Bureau of Land Management Grazing Fee Study in Colorado/Utah regions from 1952. The collection contains a contact sheet of photographs of Floyd A. O'Neil in the University of Utah Marriott Library; fourteen photographs of events during and after the 1973 confrontation at Wounded Knee, South Dakota.

Content Description
A small collection that will probably grow as Dr. O'Neil contributes more of his collections. The current collection consists largely of the American Indian Movement, a 1970s armed standoff in the Dakotas. 1996 addendum of one folder contains images from the Bureau of Land Management Grazing Fee Study in Colorado/Utah regions from 1952.
