Biographical Note
Samaria, Idaho is an unincorporated community in Oneida County, Idaho, seven miles soouthwest of Malad City, Idaho. Luke Waldron, who collected and produced the collection, was raised in Samaria, Idaho, and attended Utah State University as an undergraduate.
Content Description
The collection contains the research conducted by Luke Waldron including journals, letters, and cemetery records about Samaria. It also includes his final paper titled, “The History of Samaria” that was completed in 1997.
