Content Description

The bank was first incorporated on August 16, 1904 under the name Lombard and Company Bankers. On February 26, 1908 the name was changed to the Citizens State Bank of Tekoa. These materials document the business conducted at regular Executive Board meetings and the annual stockholders meetings.
