Content Description

Japanese internment materials, including Minidoka Co-op bylaws, a pamphlet on the 442nd combat team, a marriage license for Minoru Matsuda and Koko Tsujikawa, relocation forms and mimeographed high school materials from Tule Lake, a short letter from Haruye Tanaka to Minoru Matsuda regarding the Tanakas' relocation from Hunt, Idaho to San Francisco, the War Relocation Authority style manual, and the January 1989 issue of the Newsletter of the National Council for Japanese American Redress.

Acquisition Information

Larry Matsuda passed along materials found in the basement of Uwajimaya by Tomio Moriguchi. Mr. Moriguchi did not know from where the items came. The box was given Matsuda in 1970; he donated it in 2004.
