This collection consists of a single item: a bound volume (223 leaves, typescript) of transcripts and related materials from a hearing of the International Joint Commission (IJC) held at Northport, Washington, on October 9, 1928. The hearing was part of the IJC investigation into "alleged damage in the State of Washington caused by fumes from the smelter of the Consolidated Mining and Smelting Company of British Columbia." The transcripts were prepared by official reporters George W. Reik and George Simpson.
