Contains receipts and reports for the Guild's loan fund. These papers were originally housed in a brown envelope with a Pacific University return addess sent to "Mrs. Sadie A. Huntington, 4131 N.E. Laddington, Portland, 13, OR".

Contains Loan Fund Reports summarizing the state of the Guild's fund with a list of the loans outstanding. Papers were originally housed in a brown envelop with a Pacific University stamp. The envelope was addressed to Mrs. Jordon Burlingham, Pacific Universtiy Guild, Mirror Room November 6, 1951. A note at the top read "Reports on loans from College Office."

Contains a red and black notebook detailing loans given to individuals along with records of their payments toward the principle. Also contains some statements from The Forest Grove National Bank.

Contains loan fund reports and cashiers checks for loans made by the guild.

Includes copies of meeting minutes from the 1940s-1960s; newsletters and announcements, 1950s-1970s; lists of the presidentsand board members from the 1930s-1970s; membership lists for the state and local chapters, 1950s-1970s; reports on the Pacific University Guild Loan Fund, 1940s-1960s; and a copy of the Constitution.
