Historical Note
Following the Manito Trail was an interdisciplinary ethnographic project by the University of Wyoming, American Heritage Center and Art Museum that documented Hispanic New Mexican or Manito migration from New Mexico to different parts of the United States during the last century. The exhibit contained oral histories, photographs, and artifacts that documented Manito migration into Wyoming and the Manito culture that shaped, contributed to, and influenced the Western United States.

Collection contains a booklet about the exhibit, digital video of the panel discussion, copies of family scrapbooks and photographs, and a drawing for the Manito Trail Exhibit.
