This collection consists of a diary kept by Juanita "Glory" Glorfield during her senior year at Washington State College (1939-1940), plus a small number of inserted items. The diary records some of her academic and personal experiences in the months prior to her marriage to Logan Jorgens in September 1940.

Juanita "Glory" Glorfield (1917-2012) was born in Garfield, WA, and attended school in Waverly, WA. She earned a B.A. from Washington State College in 1940, and in September of that year she married Logan Henry Jorgens.
