Scope and Content: Outgoing letters, position statements, memos, and appointment calendars of Miller, a Seattle City Councilman.

This accession contains outgoing letters to concerned citizens regarding a variety of issues, and photocopies of a notebook of his council position statements. His subject files were passed along to Delores Sibonga, a newly elected member of the Council.
