Biographical NoteReturn to Top
Paul Ackerman, a German immigrant, arrived in Washington in 1879 and developed a homestead on the Snake River near Asotin, Washington. He built a cabin of stone and concrete surrounded by a stone wall. The cabin stood until at least 1975, when the documentation in this collection was created.
