Scope and Content: Two letters from Dr. Kirsten (Professor of Aeronautical Engineering). The first letter is a note of appreciation for the honor of having the wind tunnel named after him. The second letter is to Condon (probably Herbert) reminiscing about the past and his "tampering with the electrical circuits".
