Also contains files on home-buyers and realtors included in the "235" low and middle income housing program, and applications for community program funds.

Spokane Resource Advocates was a coalition of 17 local groups, including religious, academic, and citizen organizations, working to establish low-income housing opportunities in Spokane. The group investigated and applied for funds to aid in financing low-income neighborhood programs.
