The collection consists of three blueprint sheets with plans for residences designed by the Portland, Oregon, architect David C. Lewis. One sheet shows a transverse section of the residence for Episcopal Bishop Charles Scadding at the corner of SW Elm Street and SE 19th Avenue in Portland, a house that would later become known as "Bishopcroft." The other two sheets in the collection depict floor plans and elevations for a proposed beach house in Seaside, Oregon, for Maria L. Flanders.
