The St. Paul Mission Historical Society was founded in 1976, in St. Paul, Oregon. Its goal was to preserve historic homes in the French Prairie area. Founding board members included Helen Austin, Catherine Zorn and Joe McKay. Founding President Joe McKay devoted over 22 years to the preservation of museums and artifacts.
