The collection consists of two photograph albums with 369 black and white photographs taken circa 1915-1920 as unofficial snapshots to document road conditions, construction, flood damage, etc. Also includes images of the construction of the Ballard Bridge in 1917 and the Fremont Bridge in 1916.
