Historical NoteReturn to Top
Sarah "Sally" Cousins Elliott was born in Oklahoma and moved to Park City, Utah in 1985. Elliott became a ski instructor where she gained an appreciation for Park City and its recreational features. Elliott continued to be an active member of various Park City Councils such as the Citizens Open Space Advisory Committee and also became a Commissioner for the Summit County Commission.
