Biographical Note

Irving Clark (1921-1978) was host of a radio call-in program, the Irving Clark Show, KING Radio, chair of Sand Point Park Citizens Advisory Committee and of the Pike Place Market Historical Commission, 1968-1972; worked in the Friends of the Market, an organization supporting preservation of Seattle's Pike Place Market,1964-1973; North Cascades Conservation Council, 1968-1973; as well as many other civic organizations.
