The Blalock Family Papers consist of newspaper clippings, a scrapbook, and family portraits. These papers, which date from 1877 through 1995, also contains photographs of wheat harvest, the memorial address from the Washington State Legislature for Dr. Nelson G. Blalock, and the prospectus for "Blalock Island Garden Tracts," a biography of Phoebe Blalock, and an academic paper written by her. There is also a transcript of the diary kept by a member of the overland wagon journey, led by Dr. Blalock in 1873.
