Chester Township was organized in March 1909. It was in Spokane County, Washington State, in an area that is now south Spokane Valley.

This collection contains two bound volumes. The first volume consists of meeting minutes from the annual town meetings and monthly board meetings, as well as some correspondence. This volume contains records from 1909-1928. The second volume is a voucher warrant record ledger. It consists of warrant records for Chester Township from 1914-1942. This collection also includes some loose oath of office records from 1928.
