Correspondence is separated into incoming and outgoing letters. Outgoing letters are arranged by date, from 1903-1906; 1939. Incoming correspondence is arranged alphabetically and includes many telegrams. Incoming letters are dated from 1901 to 1962.
There are two diaries covering the period 1900 to 1906.
Constabulary records and publications include:
annual report by chief signal officer (1904);
forest manual (1904);
operation and maintenance rules for military telegraph lines (1901);
rosters of officers, enlisted men, and civilian employees (1902-1903);
payroll of laborers (1904);
receipts, work map of Samar, and special orders;
speech by Juan Aquino (1905);
telegraph records;
and Philippine Constabulary Officers Association bulletins, 1950-1966 (non inclusive).
Personal papers and memorabilia include notebooks, military registration and discharge papers, target range record, descriptive and record card, and photographs from Taylor's service in the Philippines. The collection also contains the should straps of a Philippine Constabulary uniform worn by Taylor's friend, C.B. Comptons, a 1st lieutenant in the Constabulary.
Other publications include an annual reports of chief signal officers (Cuba and the U.S.), 1900-1901, and a report on military telegraph lines in Puerto Rico (1900).
