Historical Note
Claude Dallas (1950- ) was convicted of killing two Idaho Fish and Game officers, Bill Pogue and Conley Elms, in 1981 and served 22 years of a 30 year sentence.

Collection consists of photocopies of clippings from the Idaho Statesman (Boise) newspaper relating to the apprehension, trial, and imprisonment of Claude Dallas, and photocopies of contact sheets of Idaho Statesman photos relating to the case.
