Biographical Note
Leo Levine was Chasan of shul [Bikur Cholim?], 1912. He left Seattle so his talented children could train in New York. Ida was a successful ballerina.

Diary is written in Yiddish, partially translated by Michael Jacob. Covers arrival in New York from Europe to life in Seattle from Ca. 1906 to 1926, and return to New York City.
