William O. Druffel served as president of the Washington State University Friends of the Library from 1958 until his death in 1962.

This collection consists of William Druffel's papers related to his involvement with the Friends of the Library at Washington State University: correspondence, reports, notes from directors and committee members joint meetings, financial documents related to membership and donations, newspaper clippings, programs, announcements, activity summaries, association constitutions (including proposed revisions), and a scrapbook.
